Our mission is to support you in creating an inclusive and equitable culture by offering practical training that empowers individuals to embrace diversity and excel in today's diverse environment.

Equity Craft was set up by Dr Katharine Macy after completing their PhD in autism and having had 8 years in the EDI sector through charities, businesses, political parties and higher education.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to addressing real-world challenges, ensuring that our training is relevant and impactful. Each session ends in a goal setting exercise to ensure when the room is left, the learning isn't.
